097 ~ Safety First
Yup. That is Naruto. Yes, he's wearing Safety Monitor stuff. Yes, I was on crack that day. LOL
It came from something I once said to a friend about Naruto's character design, and the description of his clothes, "He wears a vest, and lots of Traffic safety cone orange stuff!" XD Yeah, well, you get the idea. When the subject for the challenge of "Safety First!" came up...I instantly thought of Naruto, as the monitor shouting it out, instead of his usual catch phrases!
